Susan's Pumpkin Pie Bars

Susan's Pumpkin Pie Bars

This is a quick easy recipe I created for making a big pan of pumpkin bars
super easy & tastes yummy!

1 pkg Pillsbury Pie Crust roll out style *or homemade crust

5 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can pumpkin (plain pumpkin not the pie filling)

1 can pet milk
1 can Sweetened Condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350
in a jelly roll pan press out the two pie doughs and connect them to fill the pan to the edges leaving no holes in the bottom for the filling to seep through.

then set aside and
in a mixing bowl
beat the eggs together add sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin
when well mixed add the 2 cans of milk, then fill the pie shell

and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes

this is a great holiday treat & serves several when cut into bars serve with cool whip if desired

Mini Cherry Pies - Delicious and Easy To Make!

These are Super Easy to make & Taste Yummy- somewhat like a turnover!

Our family loves these!

You Will Need

2 cans of Crescent Rolls
1 Can of Cherry Pie Filling (you can use other flavor if desired any will work)
*when using cherry pie filling I add 1/2 cup sugar mixed into the pie filling makes it a little less tart (other flavors I do not add extra sugar)

Using a muffin pan,

I spray the muffin pan with cooking spray
then place a crescent roll dough..over each muffin cup
and press down in leaving edges hanging over on there

(it doesn't totally cover the muffin section but don't worry if its not completely covered with dough)

then fill each with a big spoon full of cherry pie filling or whatever flavor you want,

then criss cross the two sides over the pie filling,

Bake at 350 degrees
for about 15-18 minutes
or when they are golden brown take out and let cool,

then drizzle with a glaze over them made with
 1 cup powdered sugar
 2 Tablespoon milk
 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Fruit Salsa - Fresh, Fast & Delicious appetizer or treat!

One of my favorite Demonstrations to show at my Tupperware Parties & always a big hit!
I like to serve with homemade Cinnamon Chips (you can make ahead with our Seasoning blend & store in modular mates)
 or
Use Stacy's Pita chips cinnamon sugar

This Recipe
USES the Quick Chef

Fresh Fruit Salsa -Fruitilicious
1 apple (cut out seeds but leave peel)
1 kiwi (peeled - show the peeler )
6 strawberries (demonstrate in the fridgesmart)
2 tablespoon peach jelly (can substitute with any other flavor)

Use the Sharp Blade in the Quick Chef
chop the apple alone first

then add
kiwi and strawberry
and jelly to quick chef and chop to desired consistency

and serve with Cinnamon Chips, on ice cream, with graham crackers over cake etc.
this is a great way to get children to eat fruit
